Charging into the event with a third place finish at the World Championship in Austin, TX, Nathan catapulted into the Top 8 with his Rethilgore, Dralor, and Zomm Hopeslayer party. That’s right—epicless! His finals opponent, Hans Hoh, also ran no epics in spite of the popularity of being able to pair any legendary figure with figures from across borders.This new format (one character of each faction) shows that there are infinite possibilities in the Minis game. Why not make up your own rules, and we at Upper Deck certainly aren’t done shaking up the Minis metagame with new variants.
